Advisory Council on Prerogative of Mercy

Advisory Council on Prerogative of Mercy is chaired by the Honourable Attorney General. Its mandate is to advise the Governor in the exercise of his function of the prerogative of mercy as provided by Section 212 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria(as amended).
