Administration & Supply

This department is a service organ to other departments. Its functions include General maintenance and cleanliness in the Ministry, in charge of all personnel matters within the ministry including appointments, recruitment, promotions, advancements, disciplinary matters, conversions, transfers, retirements, pensions, nominal roll, leave, etc., Recording proceedings in management meetings, Junior Staff Committee, Annual Draft Estimates, Control of Security Guards and watchmen and Dispatching letters within and outside the Ministry.
